Package Your Items
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
